RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with timeplan.lk We strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return items under the following conditions:

  • Retail Orders: Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • Custom Notebooks: Due to the personalized nature of custom notebooks (submitted through the online customizer), customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Corporate Orders: For corporate gifting orders, please reach out directly through our WhatsApp chat option or the corporate gifting form for any concerns or issues. Returns for corporate orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the issue.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as an order receipt or email confirmation, must be provided.
  • The product must be returned within the specified time frame.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized notebooks (unless damaged or defective).
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “clearance”.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product in accordance with the return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately through WhatsApp chat or email us at hello@timeplan.lk. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
